Request a quote

Liverpool Window Cleaner, part of Monk Cleaning Services, provides commercial window and exterior cleaning across North West England. We work from our Liverpool area base and quote for each building's scope, access and required frequency. You can enquire about one premises or a group of sites.

Our business has been cleaning windows since 1996. The commercial service covers offices, industrial buildings, retail premises, hotels, care homes, managed apartment blocks, education buildings and transport facilities. A commercial enquiry is assessed around the building; the prices and booking choices for domestic homes are a separate service.

Choose your area

  • Merseyside — Liverpool, Wirral, Sefton, Knowsley and St Helens.
  • Greater Manchester — Manchester and the surrounding boroughs.
  • Cheshire — including Chester, Warrington, Crewe and Macclesfield.
  • Lancashire — including Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn and Lancaster.
  • Cumbria — including Carlisle, Kendal, Penrith and Barrow-in-Furness.

Coverage means we welcome commercial enquiries in these areas. The team still needs to confirm whether the work, access arrangements and requested dates can be accommodated. These are service areas, rather than a claim that we have a branch in each location.

Window cleaning and the rest of the exterior

Tell us whether you need exterior windows, internal glass or both. Where needed, the enquiry can also include gutter clearance, fascia and soffit washing, cladding, render, roofs, solar panels or signage. Describe each item separately so a quotation does not leave an important surface assumed rather than included.

A shopfront and an industrial roof present different access and operational questions. The method is selected for the actual site; being within the service area does not mean every surface can be reached or treated in the same way.

Get a useful quotation without writing a long brief

Start with the site postcode, building type, the work you want and a contact. If there is more than one building, give each one a name. You can add photographs and access notes if available, or send the basic enquiry first and let the team clarify what is missing.

For a regional portfolio, list every postcode instead of using only your head office address. State whether each location needs the same scope and frequency. This lets the quote reflect the work at each property and gives you a clearer basis for comparing a proposed programme.
