Commercial window and exterior cleaning across the North West. Scope, access and timing agreed for your building.
Request a quoteCommercial cladding cleaning is available for assessment across the North West as part of Monk Cleaning Services' exterior building work. The quotation depends on the cladding, its condition, the elevations involved and how they can be approached. A building's size alone is not enough to choose a cleaning method.
Identify the surface before the solution
If you know the cladding material or manufacturer, include it in the enquiry. Existing maintenance guidance, coating information and previous repairs may help the team assess the request. If you do not know, provide photographs and describe what you can see without guessing.
Routine dirt, algae, staining, damaged coating and discolouration are different issues. Cleaning may not resolve every visible defect. The proposed scope should distinguish an attempt to clean the surface from work that would require repair, recoating or specialist investigation.
Break the building into elevations
Use labels such as front, loading-yard side or reception entrance, and include a wide photograph for each area where possible. This makes it easier to compare the visible condition and access instead of assuming the entire facade has the same requirement.
Specify whether the job includes trims, roller shutters, doors, adjoining glazing or signage. These features should not be silently included in a general “cladding” description, particularly where they have different materials or belong to separate occupiers.
Plan around the working site
For industrial premises, tell us about loading operations, external stock, vehicle routes and any plant or equipment beside the elevations. For an occupied retail or office building, identify public entrances and areas controlled by a landlord or neighbouring tenant.
Access and site arrangements need agreement before work proceeds. Provide the name of the person who can coordinate them, along with any proposed shutdown or quieter period you would like considered.
What to put in the first enquiry
Send the postcode, building use, approximate height, affected elevations and the outcome you are seeking. Add images and known material information if available. If window cleaning or gutter work is also required, name those tasks separately so the resulting quotation sets out the complete job.
