Window cleaning for offices and business parks
Commercial window and exterior cleaning across the North West. Scope, access and timing agreed for your building.
Request a quoteWe provide commercial window cleaning for offices and business premises across the North West. The right brief separates the building's outside glazing, shared spaces and individual tenant areas, so the quotation reflects the parts you actually manage.
Start with responsibility for the building
If you occupy one office suite, tell us which windows and internal areas are yours to commission. If you manage a whole building, identify the shared entrances, reception, stairwells and external elevations that belong in the scope. Where tenants arrange their own cleaning, those boundaries should be explicit.
For a business park, name each building and its facilities contact. A site plan or labelled list can be more useful than a single postcode when several blocks share the same address. It also helps distinguish an occupied building from vacant space that may need a different first clean.
Plan internal glass separately
Meeting-room partitions, glass doors and reception screens are not described by an exterior window count. List them if you want them included, along with any room-booking or escort arrangements. Internal and external work may require different access and should not be assumed to happen on identical schedules.
Tell us about fixed desks, displays, blinds or other obstructions near windows. High atrium glazing or stairwell windows need to be identified for assessment, rather than treated as ordinary accessible panes.
Choose the programme around use
A reception frontage may be judged differently from a seldom-used rear elevation. You can ask for a proposal that distinguishes these areas, rather than applying one interval to the entire property. State any client events, tenant changes or refurbishment dates that make particular areas a priority.
Give normal opening hours and any preferred working periods. The team will discuss the arrangement with the building contact and confirm availability; requested out-of-hours work is not assumed to be included in every quote.
A simple office quote checklist
- Building and tenant names, postcode and the person arranging access.
- External elevations, communal spaces and internal rooms required.
- Approximate storeys and any high or obstructed glazing.
- Proposed frequency and the operational periods to work around.
If cladding, gutters or signage also need cleaning, add them as separate items. A clear scope lets you compare the full proposal and understand what is included at each building.
