Commercial window cleaning for multiple sites
Practical information to help you plan the work, prepare your enquiry and agree a clear commercial cleaning scope.
Request a quoteA multi-site window cleaning enquiry should describe each premises individually, even when one organisation is commissioning all the work. We welcome commercial portfolios across the North West and assess the proposed scope and arrangements for the buildings involved.
Use one simple schedule of sites
List the site name, postcode, building type, glazing required and local contact for every location. Add any proposed frequency and important access requirement. This gives the team a consistent starting point without pretending that every property is the same size or equally accessible.
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Site identity | The address to be cleaned, with unit or block names. |
| Scope | External glass, internal areas and any separately named exterior tasks. |
| Local coordination | The person who can arrange access and any approval needed. |
| Programme | Requested frequency, preferred periods and one-off priorities. |
| Exceptions | High glazing, unusual condition, restricted areas or other differences. |
Separate common standards from site differences
You may want the same presentation standard across all premises while needing different frequencies or access arrangements. State the common requirement, then preserve each site's exceptions. A small shopfront should not inherit the scope of a warehouse simply because both belong to the same company.
For managed estates, distinguish communal areas from tenant responsibilities. For a portfolio across several North West regions, provide the individual postcodes rather than only the central office address.
Make the proposal easy to compare
Ask for the scope to be clear by site, including any initial cleaning and any separate exterior work. Check the included surfaces and visit assumptions before comparing overall prices. A portfolio total alone can conceal that two proposals are describing different work.
Agree who will approve changes when a site opens, closes or changes occupier. Any added property or altered access should be assessed rather than silently treated as part of the existing arrangement.
Start with the information available
You can enquire with a short list and fill gaps with the local contacts afterwards. Identify priority locations and required dates, and make clear which are requests rather than fixed booking arrangements. The team can then review the portfolio and discuss the next step toward a defined programme.
