Commercial fascia and soffit cleaning
Commercial window and exterior cleaning across the North West. Scope, access and timing agreed for your building.
Request a quoteCommercial fascia and soffit cleaning addresses the visible roofline surfaces specified in your quote. It can be considered for offices, retail premises, accommodation buildings and other commercial properties across the North West, subject to the surface condition and access assessment.
Define the roofline you want cleaned
The fascia is the facing board at the roof edge; the soffit is the underside of the overhang. Guttering may sit alongside them but has its own internal channel and exterior face. Tell us which of these parts you want included, rather than using “gutters” for the whole roofline.
On a site with several blocks, label the buildings and elevations. The front of a reception building may be a priority while rear service areas have a different requirement. A clear scope prevents a quote for a visible entrance from being mistaken for the full perimeter.
Material and condition matter
Photographs should show the surface finish and any visible peeling, damage or previous repairs. Where you know the material or have maintenance guidance for it, include that information. Cleaning should not be presented as a way to repair defective boards, coatings or fixings.
If the concern is staining, explain what you have noticed and how long it has been present if known. The team needs to assess the surface before promising a result. Different marks and finishes may require different treatment or may remain outside the proposed scope.
Account for the area underneath
Entrances, outdoor seating, stock, signage and parked vehicles may occupy the space directly below a roofline. Describe how those areas are used, and who can arrange access. For a busy commercial frontage, opening and delivery periods should be considered when the visit is planned.
Do not move fixed equipment or attempt to reach upper surfaces for a photograph. A ground-level view and the building details are enough to begin the assessment.
Build a complete exterior brief
If windows or gutter clearance are also needed, list them as separate items. You can ask for a combined proposal while keeping the tasks clear. State whether this is occasional roofline work or part of a wider maintenance programme, and give any preferred timing for the team to consider.
