Request a quote

Commercial window cleaning enquiries are welcome across Cheshire, including Chester, Warrington, Crewe, Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. Monk Cleaning Services quotes the actual site, whether you need one frontage, a whole building or a group of premises.

If a business has a registered office in one town and an operational site in another, provide the address to be cleaned. That small distinction prevents the wrong building from shaping a quote. For premises on an estate, add the unit name and access entrance as well as the postcode.

Different buildings need different briefs

An office conversion, hotel, retail unit and warehouse may have very different window layouts even when they share a similar floor area. Tell us about recessed glazing, conservatories, glazed entrances and separate annexes. The quotation can then identify the surfaces included rather than relying on an approximate description such as “all windows”.

For an older or altered building, point out any delicate frames, visibly damaged surfaces or areas where access is restricted. This information helps the team decide what needs closer assessment. It is not a guarantee that a particular cleaning technique is suitable.

Combining window cleaning with exterior work

Commercial enquiries can include gutter clearance, fascia and soffit washing, cladding, render, solar panels and signage. These are separate tasks. For example, clearing debris from a gutter is different from washing the visible face of the guttering, and neither should be assumed to include a repair.

If you want a combined visit, list the priorities in order. Say whether the windows are part of a regular programme while the other work is one-off. This allows the proposal to separate routine costs from occasional maintenance work.

Make access straightforward to assess

  • Name the person who can open gates or arrange access around the building.
  • Flag shared parking, narrow entrances, delivery areas or guest-facing spaces.
  • Identify any parts that can only be approached through another tenant's premises.
  • Provide requested dates and operating hours, especially where the site is only staffed at certain times.

For several Cheshire sites, a short site list is more useful than treating the portfolio as a single building. We can then discuss the scope and possible attendance arrangements for each. Dates, methods and the final extent of work are confirmed through the quotation process.
