Your checkout payment covers your first clean. Direct Debit is required for all regular cleaning, so please set it up after booking. After each future clean, we arrange collection by Direct Debit, normally around 5 days later. You will receive an email in advance confirming the amount and collection date.

For an exterior clean, you do not usually need to be at home as long as all agreed areas are accessible. Please tell us about locked gates, restricted access or anything we need to know. Internal cleaning requires access inside.
