Commercial internal window cleaning
Commercial window and exterior cleaning across the North West. Scope, access and timing agreed for your building.
Request a quoteCommercial internal window cleaning covers the inside surfaces of the glazing you agree in the quotation. It can be arranged alongside external window cleaning or as a separate request for premises across the North West. The brief should identify rooms and glass surfaces, because an exterior window count does not describe the internal work.
Which glass do you want included?
Start with the internal faces of external windows. Then list any additional glass you want assessed: entrance doors, reception screens, meeting-room partitions, internal doors or glazed panels between spaces. These should be named rather than assumed to be included under “windows”.
For a multi-tenant office, make clear whether the work is limited to common areas or includes individual tenant rooms. In hotels and care homes, distinguish communal glazing from bedroom windows. The site contact needs to establish access to those occupied spaces before an arrangement can be confirmed.
Access affects the working plan
Desks, stock, blinds, displays and fixed furniture may affect how glass can be reached. A photograph of the full window and its surroundings is more useful than a close-up of the glass alone. Tell us about windows above staircases, high atriums or other areas that cannot be assessed as ordinary ground-level work.
Explain whether rooms will be occupied and whether there are preferred working periods. If a tenant or department must escort a cleaner, include that requirement in the brief. The team will confirm how the scope can be approached; an enquiry does not imply unrestricted access to every room.
Agree the finish and the exclusions
Fingerprints and routine soiling are different from adhesive, paint, construction residue or damage to a pane. Describe any unusual marks before the work is priced. Do not assume that removing a mark, treating a coating or restoring damaged glass is part of a standard internal clean.
It is also helpful to distinguish the glass from frames, tracks, blinds and surrounding fittings. Where those need attention, list them separately so the quotation can say what is included and what needs another service.
Send a brief that can be priced
Give the postcode, the areas or rooms involved, whether external cleaning is also wanted, and your preferred timing. A simple floor or room list is enough to begin. Photographs and access notes can be added where they clarify an unusual layout.
