Request a quoteMonk Cleaning Services accepts commercial window cleaning enquiries across Greater Manchester. That includes Manchester and Salford, as well as sites in Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan. The service is quoted from our Liverpool area operation, with scope and attendance confirmed for each site.
The first useful distinction is between the building you occupy and the parts your business controls. A tenant may need only its own frontage and internal glass. A building manager may be arranging all external elevations and shared entrances. Make that responsibility clear in the enquiry so the proposed work matches your authority to commission it.
City premises and buildings with shared access
For a city-centre site, tell us about servicing entrances, reception sign-in, loading restrictions and the space available beside the building. If another company manages the forecourt or surrounding land, include the contact responsible for agreeing access. A street photograph alone may not show these arrangements.
Where a glazed building has several tenants, label the elevations or floors you want included. Exterior windows, internal tenant areas and shared atrium glass should be identified separately. Any high or awkward glazing needs an access assessment before the method and price are settled.
Business parks and dispersed premises
For an office park or industrial estate, use the individual unit or building names rather than a single estate postcode. Include a simple list of which buildings need windows only and which also need items such as cladding, gutters or signage.
If your organisation has sites in several Greater Manchester boroughs, provide the same information for each. This makes it possible to compare like-for-like scopes without treating a small reception frontage and a large operational building as equivalent visits.
What the team needs to assess your enquiry
- The exact site address, a main contact and any separate facilities contact.
- The glazing or exterior surfaces included, with a note of internal work.
- Building height, access constraints and any landlord approval needed.
- Your preferred frequency and any opening, tenant or delivery periods to consider.
A site-specific quotation can cover one-off cleaning or a recurring arrangement. Please give a required date if you have one; sending a date is a request, and availability must be confirmed. The broader commercial service does not extend the Liverpool domestic booking round to Greater Manchester.
