You do need to be home for the appointment, and we require clear and safe access to the property to carry out the inspection.
The only time slots we offer for booking are evening appointments, allowing us to complete your assessment before pricing and adding you to our scheduled works. We aim to arrive between 6:30pm – 7:30pm. If we need to adjust the time due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will always try to give you advance notice.
* During the quotation visit, we will make every reasonable effort to inspect all areas of the roof. In rare cases where access is restricted or unsafe, certain sections may be excluded from the quotation. Any limitations will be clearly explained during the visit.
