For regular external window cleaning, add £2 per clean for an extension, £2 for conservatory windows, or £4 for both. These extras apply to all three frequencies. Conservatory roof cleaning is a separate service.

Our existing booking band covers both 1- and 2-bedroom homes; the prices above apply to that shared band.
Your clean, on your schedule
Choose 4 weekly, 8 weekly or 12 weekly cleaning. You are signing up for a minimum of 4 cleans. After that, your service is ongoing until cancelled.
Today’s payment covers your first clean. Direct Debit is required for all regular cleaning. After checkout, set up your Direct Debit for future cleans. We arrange each future payment after your clean, with collection normally around 5 days later. You will receive an email in advance confirming the amount and collection date.
What is included?
- External cleaning of accessible windows, doors, frames and sills.
- Accessible skylights and harder-to-reach windows where our equipment and the property access allow.
- Conservatory windows and extensions when selected in your booking; conservatory roof cleaning is not included in the regular window-cleaning option.
- A trained, fully insured team and clear pricing before you choose your first appointment.
Ready for your first clean?
Choose your property details and schedule, then select an available first appointment. You do not need to be at home as long as all areas to be cleaned are accessible when we arrive.
Online appointments are the first visit of the day. We aim to arrive between 8:00 and 9:30am before returning to our regular rounds. If traffic or unforeseen circumstances affect that time, we will try to give you advance notice.
If you cannot commit to four cleans, choose one-off window cleaning for your 1–2-bedroom home.
