Ask about this serviceInside cleaning for the home you occupy
For internal window cleaning in Bootle, describe the rooms and glazing within your home, whether it is a house or a flat. Liverpool Window Cleaner's internal collection provides the dedicated inside-cleaning route; if the available property options do not clearly fit, contact us to clarify before booking.
An upper-floor address does not by itself describe the inside work. The indoor approach to each pane, any high glazing and the route into the building are more useful details. Exterior access remains a separate question if outside cleaning is also wanted.
Explain the entry arrangements
Mention shared entrances, entry systems and who will meet the cleaner. If access involves stairs, a lift or a restricted common area, describe the practical route. Do not assume that a building entrance will be open or that another resident will provide entry.
The enquiry should identify your own rooms and requested surfaces. Communal windows and glass belonging to other homes are not automatic additions to a domestic internal booking. If those areas are also being considered, make the separate authority and scope clear before arrangements are discussed.
Describe the windows from inside
List the rooms, door glass and any unusual panes. A full room view is useful for high windows or glazing behind fixed furniture. Take photographs from places you can stand normally; there is no need to lean out of an upper-floor window to show the exterior.
If roof windows are involved, see skylight and roof-window cleaning and identify the internal faces as part of the request. Being able to open a window does not automatically establish access to every face, and operating mechanisms are not part of an ordinary surface clean.
Prepare for the agreed scope
Move small items from relevant sills where practical, and tell us about blinds, shutters or furniture that block the glass. Heavy moving or removal of fitted coverings should not be assumed. If a pane or fitting is damaged, mention that before booking.
Inside cleaning concerns the agreed accessible surfaces. It does not repair misting within glazing, remove a mark from the outside face or resolve a faulty window mechanism. Paint, adhesive and other unusual deposits should also be discussed before they are treated as routine dirt.
Questions about flats and upper floors
Should I choose a house option if my flat does not match it?
Do not force the property into an inaccurate choice. Review the internal options, then ask about the layout if none clearly fits. The booking should reflect the actual home and requested glazing.
Does an internal booking include communal glass?
No automatic inclusion should be assumed. Identify any shared-area request separately and explain who is authorised to arrange it. Access through a communal entrance does not mean the entrance glazing is part of your domestic clean.
Use the internal route for your Bootle home, with entry and layout questions clarified before the appointment is arranged.
